
This week - Five things to change in your life to make you a tad healthier.
1 - Go to bed at a resonable hour and sleep for 8 hours
2 - Eat breakfast for goodness sakes!
3 - Exercise.
4 - Only eat food I bought at the store (meaning: DON'T EAT FAST FOOD!).
5 - Continue reading The Book of Mormon. It's been making me feel spiritually better already!
